If you own a home that could be considered a vacation property now is a great time to put it on the market because in the study 39% of vacation home buyers say they are somewhat or very likely to buy vacation property within the next two years.</p>
<p>One interesting point in the study is that 71 percent cited rental income potential as a factor in their purchase decision.
